For ML and generative AI teams

Eight AI data services, one team

Our AI data services take a project from raw material to a checked dataset: collection, labeling, transcription, conversational data, evaluation, computer vision, translation and synthetic data. Use one, or hand us the whole pipeline. You get one named contact who replies within one business day.

Our services

Find the right AI data service for your project

Pick where your project is starting and the services that fit will light up. Use one on its own or several in a row. They all run through the same team.

Where is your project starting?

All eight services are below. Pick a starting point above to see which ones fit.

Start with data collection. For dialogue, conversational AI data. If the real thing is too rare or too sensitive to collect, synthetic data.

Annotation and labeling for text, image, video and audio, computer vision for detection and segmentation, and transcription if it's recorded speech.

Translation and localization for prompts, UI copy and datasets, plus collection and transcription in the languages you're adding.

Data and model evaluation: benchmarks against your targets, bias and fairness checks, and monitoring once your model is live.

Synthetic data, reviewed by people, or collection aimed at the exact language, accent or setting you're missing.

01 Get the data

Data collection

Most projects start here. You tell us what your model has to learn from, and people in our network collect it in our own tools, matched to your domain, languages and regions.

  • Read and natural speech
  • Text, images and video
  • Multimodal and corporate data
  • Your accents and regions

Runs on our own tools: Prompt Audio, Conversation Audio, Image Collection, Video Collection and Media Collection.

02 Prepare it

Data annotation & labeling

People label your text, image, video and audio data, working from instructions we settle with you before labeling starts. Every batch gets a review pass before it comes back to you.

  • Classification and sentiment
  • Entity tagging
  • Boxes and segmentation
  • Audio and speech labels

Image work runs on our own Image Annotation tool.

07 Prepare it

Translation & localization

Human-verified translation and localization, so your prompts, interface text and datasets work in the languages and markets you're aiming at.

  • Low-resource languages too
  • Depth in Indian languages
  • Localized prompts and UI copy
  • Datasets for each new market

Runs on our own Translation tool.

08 Get the data

Synthetic data

Data we generate for cases where real data is too scarce, too sensitive or too slow to collect. People review it for realism and quality before it reaches you.

  • Text, speech, image and video
  • Healthcare and banking cases
  • Rare cases and coverage gaps
  • Mixed with real data if you want
By data type

Start from the data you need

Each data type runs through several services. These pages show a sample, what a good dataset specifies, and the services behind it.

Speech data

Read and spontaneous speech, calls and accents, transcribed and labeled.

Image data

Photos captured to a brief, labeled with classes, boxes and outlines.

Video data

Footage filmed to a brief, labeled and tracked frame by frame.

Text data

Messages written by people, labeled and translated.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they start

Short answers about the services. The home page FAQ covers the company itself: where we're based, who we work with and how a project starts.

How do I choose the right service?

Start from what you have. If you need data, look at data collection, conversational AI data or synthetic data. If you have data that isn't ready to train on, annotation, transcription, computer vision or translation get it there. If you have a model, evaluation checks its outputs. Still not sure? Describe the problem and Krishsinh will point you to the right service.

Can one project use more than one service?

Yes, and that's where one team helps most. Collected data can go straight on to labeling, transcription or translation, and then to evaluation, without being handed to another vendor. You keep the same named contact from start to finish.

Can I test a service before a full project?

Yes. Send a short brief with the service, the languages and a rough volume, and we'll do a small sample free before you commit. Krishsinh replies within one business day.

How many people are in your network?

30,000+ people worldwide. It's why we can start collection or annotation quickly, whatever the data type, language or region.

Which languages do you cover?

Languages from all over the world, with real depth in Indian languages, well past Hindi and English. Tell us the language, and the accent or dialect if it matters, and we'll match you with the right people.

What data types do you work with?

Text, audio, image, video and corporate data, plus synthetic text, speech, image and video. Collection, labeling, transcription, translation and evaluation all run in-house, so you don't need one vendor for audio and another for images.

Do you train models for us?

No. We hand over the data and you train your own model with it. What we do offer is evaluation: checking your model's outputs against data, measuring accuracy, and running bias and fairness checks.

What happens to my data?

Every project starts with an NDA, before we touch your data. We use it only for the scope we agreed, nothing is resold or reused, and we delete or return it when you ask. Only the people working on your project can see it.

Who do I talk to during a project?

One named person owns your project from scoping to delivery, and Krishsinh is who you'll hear from first, within one business day. Questions about quality, timelines or security go to them, not to a support queue.

Do you use your own tools?

Yes. We've already built our own data collection tools and we run them ourselves. Prompt Audio records audio prompts and Conversation Audio captures dialogue and call data. Image Collection, Video Collection and Media Collection source image, video and mixed-media datasets, and Transcription, Translation and Image Annotation cover the rest. That's why we don't rent a generic tool for each job.

Do you offer synthetic data?

Yes. We generate synthetic text, speech, image and video data for teams that can't collect enough real data, or can't collect it freely because of privacy rules. People review what we generate for realism and quality before it reaches you.

Not sure which service you need?

Pick the services you're thinking about, or none, and send a short brief. We'll do a small sample free before you commit.

  1. Krishsinh replies within one business day.
  2. We sign an NDA before any data changes hands.
  3. We do your free sample, then agree the full scope.
